Depilation is the temporary removal of hair and as such is a very popular treatment. Because of the way in which the treatment is formed, it is therefore it is important there be proper inbuilt safety hygiene factors.

  • Hair growth and types
  • Remove hair effectively from brow, lip, chin, under arms, abdomen, bikini, legs and toes
  • Learners will use hot wax and warm wax and learn the two different techniques of application and removal of the wax
  • Benefits, treatment planning and aftercare
  • Students must sometimes work on each other if models are not available; we do recommend asking friends if they would be willing models for you as you learn more by working on different hair types.

Evening - Arrival from 6pm to be ready to start for 6.15pm – 4 weeks or 2 full days.

You will be required to complete questions on health and safety, client care and waxing and an examination for written and practical assessment will happen during the course. You will be required to keep before and after images of your waxing in your assessment file.

No Pre-requisite required, however you will need to be registered with VTCT, you may have done this already with previous beauty, hair or holistic qualifications that you may have done in the past in which case you will not be required to pay the fee of £16.00 to register as a VTCT member.

We offer the training as a Guild or VTCT Level 2 Certificate - Both are equal qualifications and recognised however the VTCT Course is the only one that is recognised Internationally and for teachers who want to teach this qualification. The only difference between the two qualifications will be the price as the VTCT courses requires you to do an official examination which incurs extra costs.

Airbrush Training

Attendance of all sessions is required for certification.This course in spray tanning provides you with the skills to offer a marketable treatment to clients that can have superficial skin benefits and health benefits also. Spray tanning treatments are no longer considered a luxury as too many people now care about the skin and like to have a healthy glow on a weekly basis, it has become more important over the last few years, that we always look good and so clients will become a regular income for tanning for you and it is also very lucrative as the outlay is really small. We will teach you what clients want and how to make this treatment a regular on your treatment menu.

You will be required to keep before and after images of the tan lines as evidence for your qualification and a copy of the test.

Hi Brow

Brow shape, Tint, Thread & Wax

The Hi Brow course is a fully accredited course that teaches you how to create the perfect brow, some people call this treatment HD brows but not everyone wants a HD style brow so this course teaches you how to create different styles of brows that are best suited to different face shapes and age groups. You will also be able to offer the techniques separately such as your clients could book in for the whole treatment or they could just book in for a threaded brow or just a quick wax and tint so this will give you lots of treatments that yo can add to your treatment menu.

This course is for those who wish to add to their existing skills. By the use of tinting, waxing, threading, tweezing, and measuring you will learn to create the ultimate definition and shape to the brows.
